This was an experiment in reverse macro photography. I don't know whether to consider this a failure. The crazy vignetting was a result of mounting the lens in the wrong order, but the amount of magnification is just insane.

This is like getting a microscope of sorts and peering in , wondering what you'll see. The sheer detail there is in things that we take for granted can sometimes be breathtaking.

I wonder what it would be like to do a reverse macro with a dedicated macro lens.

Another experiment, I suppose.
